I outline the 2 big splits that I have had great success with in my journey so far. An Upper/Lower split and a Push/Pull/Legs split that are highly flexible, easy to adjust, and take 3-4 hours a week to complete.

All the exercises in these workouts are selected based on science and biomechanics, and optimized for building muscle, so all you need to do is plug and play when you get it.
